New Scarf: Blocking

Here's my new scarf, just off the needles, out of the water, and pinned to the carpet in our library.

It was only a week in the making, and would have taken less time if I'd had enough drive to persevere through the knitting, which was mind-numbingly boring, but still required an annoying degree of mental alertness. There wasn't enough good light for a better photo this morning. Once dry, I'll get it somewhere where we can all determine whether my efforts have been worthwhile.
